The Angel of Promise

A few nights ago I was sitting in my living room, and I began to notice the room fill up with angels. One angel in particular caught my attention because I saw rainbow colors above it's head. I had never seen this particular angel before. I began to seek the Lord and study to find more information and insight about what he was saying. I clearly heard the Lord say, "That's the angel of promise." This angel can be found in Revelation 10:1-10 AMP, "Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven, clothed in a cloud, with a rainbow (halo) over his head; and his face was like the sun, and his feet (legs) were like columns of fire; 2 and he had a little book (scroll) open in his hand. He set his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land; 3 and he shouted with a loud voice, like the roaring of a lion [compelling attention and inspiring awe]; and when he had shouted out, the seven peals of thunder spoke with their own voices [uttering their message in distinct words]. 4 And when the seven peals of thunder had spoken, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Seal up the things which the seven peals of thunder have spoken and do not write them down.” 5 Then the angel whom I had seen standing on the sea and the land raised his right hand [to swear an oath] to heaven, 6 and swore [an oath] by [the name of] Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, that there will be delay no longer, 7 but [a]when it is time for the trumpet call of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, then the mystery of God [that is, His hidden purpose and plan] is finished, as He announced the gospel to His servants the prophets.8 Then the voice which I heard from heaven, I heard again speaking to me, and saying, “Go, take the book (scroll) which is open in the hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land.” 9 So I went up to the angel and told him to give me the little book. And he said to me, “Take it and eat it; it will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.” 10 So I took the little book from the angel’s hand and ate it, and in my mouth it was as sweet as honey; but once I had swallowed it, my stomach was [c]bitter. 11 Then they said to me, “You must prophesy again concerning many peoples and nations and languages and kings."

I believe this angel is being released in this time of transition to help assist the Body of Christ to walk in the promises that have been declared over each life. This is a season where your Book of Life is being accessed (Psalm 139:16). There has been much delay over the past few of years, causing the people of God to become dishearten and hope deferred . The enemy may cause delay through certain circumstances or warfare, but he cannot stop the promises of God unless we give him an open door. The word says the promises of God are yes and amen (2 Corinthians 1:20) over our lives. God has not changed His mind about the promises spoken over your life. It's time to partner with the angelic assistance the Father is releasing.

The warfare has been intense because there is a clashing of swords going on over many trying to stop many from walking into destiny promises. The destiny promises are for the next 10-15 years. We must remember our fight is not against flesh and blood, but we're in a spiritual war (Ephesians 6). In 1 Timothy 1:18 Paul told Timothy to take a hold of the prophetic promises spoken over your life and used them to help you fight the war going in your life. The Lord is faithful to His promises, he is not a man that he would lie. It's just like the story in Daniel 10, where Daniel prayed but the angel of the Lord was delayed 21 days, because he was fighting the principality of Persia. He told Daniel the Lord heard you the first time you prayed, but the angel got caught up in a battle (Daniel 10:12-13).

I want to encourage you in this season to keep pressing into the promises of God that have been spoken over your life. The Lord is sending angelic assistance to help break delay and demonic interference and hindrance. The Lord says in Isaiah 55:11, "So will My word be which goes out of My mouth; It will not return to Me void (useless, without result), Without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it." That's a powerful promise from the Father, He intently watches over His words to see the fulfillment of them over our lives, regions, states, and nations. The angel Promise is coming to break delay, and you're going to begin to feel a shift and acceleration where there has been unfulfillment. Get ready!

Living In The Realm Of Resurrection

The resurrection of Christ was not just a one time event or moment in history. When Jesus died on the cross and was resurrected, he opened a new realm for us to live in. A realm can be defined as an area or sphere that is ruled by something (dictionary.com). His resurrection became a place to inhabit and step into by faith, because Jesus had conquered the realm of death. Faith is the activator to releasing and unlocking the things of the Kingdom of God. What does it look like to walk and live in the realm of resurrection life?

The Apostle Paul seem to really have an understanding and revelation of this realm, because he often wrote about it throughout the New Testament. One would would assume the disciples who walked with Jesus and experienced the death and resurrection would pen more about it. I believe the encounter with the Lord Paul had in Acts 9 on the road to Damascus was powerful and life changing, he in way died and Christ resurrected him in to a new life. We see the manifestation of this when his name being change from Saul of Tarsaus to Paul. From that moment Paul was never the same man, and began to walk in a realm of resurrection power and wrote about in the epistles.

The Apostle Paul in Colossians 2 gives us some insight into what Christ's death on the cross did, and how the realm of resurrection is now open to us. Colossians 2:12-13 TPT says, "For we’ve been buried with him into his death. Our “baptism into death” also means we were raised with him when we believed in God’s resurrection power, the power that raised him from death’s realm. 13 This “realm of death” describes our former state, for we were held in sin’s grasp. But now, we’ve been resurrected out of that “realm of death” never to return, for we are forever alive and forgiven of all our sins!"  This passage is saying when we come to Christ we are buried with him in his death. All the things of our past, our flesh, before Christ have been baptized in death. But as we release our faith and believe in the resurrection power that raised Christ from the dead, that same power will be activated in our lives. When we activate our faith to release the resurrection power in our lives, we leave the realm of death and step into the realm of life and resurrection power. John 10:10 says, "The enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy, but I've come to give you live, and life more abundantly."  We should refuse to settle for anything else than what Jesus paid for. Resurrection life enables us to live in a realm of overflow and abundance. The power of sin's grasp is broken. We have to stop looking back. It says in that passage we are to never return to the realm of death. It's time to leave the realm of death behind and start walking in the realm of resurrection life. That resurrection power is the Greek word dunamis or dynamite power of God. It the same power Paul mentions in Ephesians 3:20 TPT, "Never doubt God's mighty power to work in you." You have the dynamite, explosive power of God at work in your life releasing the resurrection of Christ in you. Everyday you have access to that.

In Colossians 2:14 TPT Paul says "He canceled out every legal violation we had on our record and the old arrest warrant that stood to indict us. He erased it all—our sins, our stained soul—he deleted it all and they cannot be retrieved! Everything we once were in Adam has been placed onto his cross and nailed permanently there as a public display of cancellation." I want to remind you that every violation, every arrest warrant, everything that has stained your soul has been deleted and erased like a hard drive. Whatever the enemy has been trying to hold over your head, it's been canceled. Psalm 103:12 says, "As far as from the east is from the west he has removed our sins." Satan is the accuser of the brethren (Rev 12:10). Day and night he makes accusations in the courtroom of heaven, but the blood of Jesus speaks a better word. Whatever struggle, sin, temptation, or things in the past you may be dealing with, know they have been permanently nailed to the cross. Jesus made a public display of the cancellation of our sins, and everything that tried to hold onto us from Adam. You can live free. The Lord isn't holding anything over your head. There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Rom 8:1).

Lastly in Colossians 2:15 TPT Paul tells us, "Then Jesus made a public spectacle of all the powers and principalities of darkness, stripping away from them every weapon and all their spiritual authority and power to accuse us. And by the power of the cross, Jesus led them around as prisoners in a procession of triumph.
He was not their prisoner; they were his!" Jesus dealt with and disarmed every power and every demonic force we would ever have to deal with, We have to remember when the enemy and demonic comes to attack, their power and authority has already been broken. The authority and power the enemy has is because we've given it to him. The word says Jesus descended into the depths of the earth (Eph 4:9) and defeated the devil, retrieving the keys of death (Rev 1:17-18). We don't have to death because Jesus has defeated its power and grip.

Resurrection wasn't just a moment in history. Jesus opened a realm for us to live in the resurrection of Christ and its manifestation daily. It's time to fully start living in the realm of resurrection!

He's Changing The Bitter To Sweet So You Can See Again

The promises of God are a reality meant for us to step into. His promises are His reality for our lives. We must refuse to live below the promises of God. Psalm 34:8 declares, "Taste and see that the Lord is good." The Hebrew word for taste is ta'am, which means to taste, perceive, and eat. The Hebrew word for see is ra'ah, which means to see, look at, inspect, perceive, consider, have vision, observe, discern. to gaze. Your taste is connected to your spiritual sight. If your taste or perception is off your spiritual sight is off.

It's important to check the fruit of what we're eating. What we are partaking and digesting affects are spiritual sight. We all have the ability to see in the spirit. Jesus said in Matthew 13:16, "But blessed are your eyes, because they see." Our spiritual sight in connected to the eyes of our understanding. The heart. In Ephesians 1:18 Paul says, "I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those called." The more we allow God's light or the illumination of His spirit to come into our hearts, the greater we can see with clarity and accuracy.

I believe many are struggling to see because, there has been a bitter taste that has crept in. Bitterness has crept in because of promises unfulfilled, and harsh seasons of warfare. Bitterness can be defined as sharpness of taste, lack of sweetness, causes deep pain and anger (dictionary.com). Bitterness will taint the well within you. Hebrews 12:15 TPT says, "Watch over each other to make sure that no one misses the revelation of God's grace. And make sure no one lives with a root of bitterness sprouting within them which will only cause trouble and poison the heart of many." When we have bitterness in our lives we'll fail to see God's goodness and glory in our lives. We can see this in the story of the Israelites in Exodus 15.

The Israelites had just seen the greatest miracle of their lives. The Lord had taken them through the Red Sea, and had swallowed up their enemies. They were singing songs of victory as they walked into their new found freedom. For three days they traveled through a desert without water, and the people began to complain. They came to a place called Marah that had an oasis. Marah means bitter. Some of the people took a drink but realized the waters were bitter. The people began to let some of that bitterness get in them, and they began to become unruly and complain. They had forgotten what God had did for them a few days ago with the Red Sea. Bitterness will hinder your ability to see the goodness and glory of God. Moses cried out to the Lord. Exodus 15:25 AMP says, "Then he cried to the Lord for help, and the Lord showed him a tree, a branch, which he threw into the waters, and the waters became sweet."

As I was ministering recently I began to speak about the knowledge of the glory of God increasing. One of the ways we're going to experience that is, we're going to be able to taste and see that the Lord is good (Ps 34:8). Some have been unable to experience and see the glory and goodness of God because, they have a bitter taste in their mouths. I felt my mouth begin to salivate because I could feel the people's taste buds changing. I prophesied God was changing the taste buds of the people, and they would begin to taste the sweetness of God. The change in their taste would enable them to see His goodness where they had not been able to.

I prophesy to you today the Lord is taking the bitter taste of last season, disappointments, harsh warfare, hope differed out of your mouth. Your spiritual eyes are going to begin to see with clarity and accuracy once again because, you're going to begin to taste God's goodness in your life where you have not been able to. I declare His goodness, mercy, and glory will overtake you in this season.

I Heard The Lord Say,"This Is The Day."

As I was getting ready for church this past Sunday, 3/31/19, I kept hearing the verse, "This is the day the Lord has made, I will be glad and rejoice in it (Psalm 118:24)." As soon as my feet hit the floor Sunday, I felt an excitement and stirring in my spirit. I could feel another shift/transition as we were getting ready to step into April. I felt another chapter close and a new one open in the heavenlies. Throughout the morning I kept hearing the Lord repeat, "This is the day I have made. This is the day I have made. This is the day I have made."

I honestly hadn't heard that scripture in quite some time. And when I did it was used for an attempt to help pull myself out of days or moments that were frustrating. I felt the Lord wanted me to look at the Hebrew for the word day. The Hebrew for day is yown, which means time, year, period, a space of time. I also looked up the Hebrew word for made, asah, means to do, fashion, produce, to make, prepare, to appoint. As I began to put these meanings to together I heard the Lord say, "This is the day, the time, the season, I have prepared, ordained, and fashioned for you. It's time to rejoice and step into what I've prepared for you." I believe this a word for the Body of Christ. This is the season, the day, the hour for the Bride of Christ to step into what the Father has prepared.

The massive transition that's been occurring in the realm of the spirit, is huge because one era is closing and a new era is opening. As I began to seek the Lord for more about this word I heard Him say, "The night season is over, there is a new day dawning." In this time of transition and birthing I want to encourage you, you're night season is really transitioning to a new day, a new season. Psalm 30:5 TPT declares, "We may weep through the night, but at daybreak it will turn into ecstatic joy." When a new dawn is coming over the horizon it breaks and dispels the darkness. That is what is occurring in this season, the new dawn is dispelling your night season.

The Lord is highlighting the oil of joy in this season. The oil of joy carries the anointing to break the yoke of heaviness and despair. In Isaiah 61:1-3 and Jesus prophesies it again in Luke 4, that the Lord has anointed him to preach the good news, declare this is the favorable year (season) of the Lord. In Isaiah 61:3 ESV it declares, "To grant to those who mourn in Zion, to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit." The Father in this season desires to exchange your sadness for joy, your heaviness for praise because this is the day and season He has prepared for you. In this season praise, celebration, joy, rejoicing will enable you to inhabit the new. In Philippians 4:4 TPT Paul tells us, "Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let joy overflow, for you are united with the Anointed One." Joy, praise, and celebration will enable you to access, inhabit, and walk in what He has prepared for you.

As we enter this new season and appointed time, pay attention to the dreams you're having and who shows up in them. In Joel 2 and Acts 2:17 TPT it's prophesied, "This is what I will do in the last days, I will pour out my Spirit on everybody and cause your sons and daughters to prophesy, and your young men will see visions, and your old men will experience dreams from God." Dreams and visions are the language of Heaven. Wisdom, direction, and strategy are being released in dreams to help in this season of transition. And the Father is releasing angels of transition to help things transition more smoothly in the midst of some turbulence.

Rejoice for this is the day, the season, that God has prepared and fashioned for you to step in to.
