As we step into September, like many prophetic voices have been echoing there is a major shift occurring in this season. There is a momentum and acceleration being released. Where you have felt stuck or at a stand still the Lord is moving you. We have been in a Daniel 10 season. Many of you were given a vision or prophetic picture of the things to come. As you waited upon the Lord to bring the understanding, you were disheartened because you didn't understand why things were not unfolding. Just as an angel was sent to Daniel, the Lord is sending out His angels in this season. Daniel 10:11-14 says, "11 And the man said to me, “Daniel, you are very precious to God, so listen carefully to what I have to say to you. Stand up, for I have been sent to you.” When he said this to me, I stood up, still trembling. 12 Then he said, “Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer. 13 But for twenty-one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way. Then Michael, one of the archangels, came to help me, and I left him there with the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia. 14 Now I am here to explain what will happen to your people in the future, for this vision concerns a time yet to come.”
Just as the angel told Daniel that he was very precious to God, the Lord says the same about you. You are not forgotten. You are so precious to the Father. Don't allow the delays to change the posture of your heart. Daniel may not have understood what was taking so long, but he never allowed it to shift his faith in God. The Lord is releasing his angels to bring clairity and understanding to the battle thats been raging over your life. The angels assigned to you have been fighting on your behalf in this season. Don't allow the lack of activity in the natural to get you to think there is nothing happening in the heavenlies. Even when we can't see it, God is moving. We must be people of faith that walk in faith and see in faith. This has also been a season where God has had to strengthen your heart. To strengthen means, to make something stronger or more effective (dictionary.com). Many of you went through some intense battles that challenged your heart. These situations were not to punish you, but to help you grow and mature. When the Lord would send his prophets to the people, he would strengthen and fortify their weak places to withstand the opposition. Jeremiah was fearful and the Lord told him, "Get up and prepare for action. Go out and tell them everything I tell you to say.Do not be afraid of them, or I will make you look foolish in front of them. 18 For see, today I have made you strong like a fortified city that cannot be captured, like an iron pillar or a bronze wall. You will stand against the whole land— the kings, officials, priests, and people of Judah. 19 They will fight you, but they will fail. For I am with you, and I will take care of you. I, the Lord, have spoken” (Jeremiah 1:17-19). Just as David fought the lion and bear to bring down the giants, the Lord has prepared you the same. What you fought in this season was the "lion" and "bear." The Lord had to build your toughness, stamina, and strength. When our hearts (inner man) are not strengthen it will fail us, especially when it comes to relationships. Psalm 73:26, "My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart;he is mine forever." Life is hard. Ministry is hard. That's why it's important to allow God to process you. There will be places your gift can take, but do you have the fortitude to sustain the place you're in. To do the things of God, it can not be done in gifting alone. It takes courage. As I've been sensing and discerning the prophetic shift into September, the Lord gave me a vision. In the vision I saw the Lord handing out medals of valor to those who had past the test of the season. Promotion brings honor. Valor means strength of mind or spirit that enables a person to encounter danger with firmness, personal bravery (dictionay.com). Isaiah 50:7 says, "Because the Sovereign Lord helps me, I will not be disgraced. Therefore have I set my face like flint, and I know I will not be put to shame." In this hour God is requiring His people to be a people of valor and bravery. To move in the things of God takes courage. Many want a platform and to be seen, but many get crushed under the weight of occupying that place. That's why like David, we have to learn to fight our bears and lions, so we can learn to stand on the platforms God gives us and not be crushed. The Lord is not looking for the gifted, He's looking for those who walk in and carry valor. ~Prophet Madeline James
