As I was getting ready for church this past Sunday, 3/31/19, I kept hearing the verse, "This is the day the Lord has made, I will be glad and rejoice in it (Psalm 118:24)." As soon as my feet hit the floor Sunday, I felt an excitement and stirring in my spirit. I could feel another shift/transition as we were getting ready to step into April. I felt another chapter close and a new one open in the heavenlies. Throughout the morning I kept hearing the Lord repeat, "This is the day I have made. This is the day I have made. This is the day I have made."
I honestly hadn't heard that scripture in quite some time. And when I did it was used for an attempt to help pull myself out of days or moments that were frustrating. I felt the Lord wanted me to look at the Hebrew for the word day. The Hebrew for day is yown, which means time, year, period, a space of time. I also looked up the Hebrew word for made, asah, means to do, fashion, produce, to make, prepare, to appoint. As I began to put these meanings to together I heard the Lord say, "This is the day, the time, the season, I have prepared, ordained, and fashioned for you. It's time to rejoice and step into what I've prepared for you." I believe this a word for the Body of Christ. This is the season, the day, the hour for the Bride of Christ to step into what the Father has prepared. The massive transition that's been occurring in the realm of the spirit, is huge because one era is closing and a new era is opening. As I began to seek the Lord for more about this word I heard Him say, "The night season is over, there is a new day dawning." In this time of transition and birthing I want to encourage you, you're night season is really transitioning to a new day, a new season. Psalm 30:5 TPT declares, "We may weep through the night, but at daybreak it will turn into ecstatic joy." When a new dawn is coming over the horizon it breaks and dispels the darkness. That is what is occurring in this season, the new dawn is dispelling your night season. The Lord is highlighting the oil of joy in this season. The oil of joy carries the anointing to break the yoke of heaviness and despair. In Isaiah 61:1-3 and Jesus prophesies it again in Luke 4, that the Lord has anointed him to preach the good news, declare this is the favorable year (season) of the Lord. In Isaiah 61:3 ESV it declares, "To grant to those who mourn in Zion, to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit." The Father in this season desires to exchange your sadness for joy, your heaviness for praise because this is the day and season He has prepared for you. In this season praise, celebration, joy, rejoicing will enable you to inhabit the new. In Philippians 4:4 TPT Paul tells us, "Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let joy overflow, for you are united with the Anointed One." Joy, praise, and celebration will enable you to access, inhabit, and walk in what He has prepared for you. As we enter this new season and appointed time, pay attention to the dreams you're having and who shows up in them. In Joel 2 and Acts 2:17 TPT it's prophesied, "This is what I will do in the last days, I will pour out my Spirit on everybody and cause your sons and daughters to prophesy, and your young men will see visions, and your old men will experience dreams from God." Dreams and visions are the language of Heaven. Wisdom, direction, and strategy are being released in dreams to help in this season of transition. And the Father is releasing angels of transition to help things transition more smoothly in the midst of some turbulence. Rejoice for this is the day, the season, that God has prepared and fashioned for you to step in to. ~Prophet Madeline James

This is how we should welcome a new season! We shouts let go of every negative feeling that we have on our system and start embracing the positivity. After all, that's what we need to have in order for blessings to keep on pouring. I've been in some of the darkest situations in my life and I have surrounded myself with negativity already. That is something that I don't want to experience anymore, especially if I am after changes in my life!
